High-Purity Copper Conductors
We source electrolytic copper foil for consistent conductivity on FFC, FPC and RFC cable. Bare copper, tin, gold or nickel plating is matched to solderability, contact resistance and the environment on the drawing.
Advanced Polyimide & PET Insulation
Polyimide and PET films set dielectric strength and heat resistance. PI covers −40°C to +105°C for industrial and automotive FFC, FPC and RFC cable; PET is a cost-effective choice for many consumer layouts.
Tin-Plated Round Copper for RFC Cable
RFC round flat cables use tin-plated round copper at one or both ends for through-hole or wave soldering — no connector. Pitch, tinning length and PET/PI/PVC insulation are built to drawing so the joint stays reliable under vibration in appliances, automotive lighting and industrial boards.
Comprehensive EMI Shielding Solutions
Copper foil, aluminum foil, silver mesh and conductive fabric give EMI options for FFC, FPC and RFC cable. The stack is chosen for the noise budget on automotive, industrial and consumer boards — not as a one-size foil wrap.
Contact Plating for FFC and FPC Ends
Tin, gold or selective gold plating on FFC and FPC contact ends for low resistance and humidity resistance. Thicker plating is available when mating cycles are high. Applied as part of custom FFC and FPC manufacture, matched to the connector family on your drawing.
Coverlay & Adhesive Systems for Flexible Circuits
Coverlay and adhesives protect copper on FPC from abrasion, moisture and chemicals. RFC cables use PET, PI or PVC film insulation laminated to the flat body, with tin-plated round ends left free for soldering.
Quality Control & Full Traceability Across All Materials
Every material lot for FFC, FPC and RFC cable is traced from supplier to finished part. Incoming, in-process and outgoing checks support RoHS and REACH; UL certification is pending. Target defect rate is below 0.1%.
