FFC, FPC and RFC cable ship in ESD bags with moisture barrier and desiccant. RFC lots get extra support so the round ends are not crushed in transit. Labels carry spec, batch and barcode for traceability.
Tape & Reel Packaging
Custom FFC and FPC for SMT go on anti-static carrier tape or trays with pocket geometry matched to pick-and-place. Reels or trays are barcoded, bagged with desiccant and boxed so they drop onto your line without rework.
Customized Packaging
Pack-out can be PE bags, tape-and-reel, trays, tubes, bulk or rigid interlayers for RFC cable. Logo, labels and barcodes print to your artwork so warehouse and line scans match your system.
Professional Carton Packaging
Inner packs go into standard master cartons. Long FFC and delicate RFC cable sit in fixtures so they do not flex in the box. Voids are filled; cartons stack to cut freight cube.
Global Logistics Network
We ship FFC, FPC and RFC cable with DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, plus air and sea freight when the cube and calendar allow. Each shipment is trackable from our warehouse to your dock.
