Off-the-shelf interconnects rarely match a special layout. Custom FFC cables, FPC circuits and RFC round flat cables can be tuned to electrical, mechanical and environmental limits — usually with a better result than a catalogue part.

Custom interconnects pay off in real use: performance for the actual duty, less space, reliability designed for that environment, cost control by dropping unused features, and differentiation through colour, spec and branding.
The process is collaborative. First we align technical data, performance targets, environment and schedule, and fold in DFM to cut cost and raise yield.
Engineering turns the spec into production drawings: 2D, 3D and details. For FFC that means conductor path, pitch, shielding and termination. For FPC: stack-up, traces and coverlay. For RFC: round-end type, tinning length and hybrid ZIF.
Functional samples typically ship in 3–7 days for FFC and FPC, and 7–10 days for RFC with custom round-end tinning, after electrical and mechanical checks.
Validation happens in the customer’s real assembly, with our engineers on the loop. If a revision is needed, we iterate quickly until sign-off.
Quality covers incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection. Materials meet RoHS and REACH; UL certification is pending. Target defect rate is below 0.1%.
After sample approval, volume is typically 15–30 days. Each lot is tested, packed and shipped by air or sea worldwide.
Custom options cover all three lines. FFC: pitch 0.3–2.54 mm, 4–120+ pins, length, plating (bare copper, tin, gold, nickel), PET or PI insulation, EMI shields, stiffener and ZIF ends. FPC: single to 8 layers, line/space to 0.05 mm, PI or PET, coverlay, stiffener and connector match. RFC: pitch 1.0 / 1.25 / 1.27 / 2.0 / 2.54 mm, round conductors on one or both ends, tinning length, PET/PI/PVC, hybrid round-to-flat ZIF and optional EMI shielding.
